Prodigy FC – High Performance Unit (HPU) Programs

Prodigy FC is proud to launch its High Performance Unit (HPU) program — a premium, high-intensity training environment designed for young, ambitious players who are serious about long-term development and progression within the game.

The Prodigy FC HPU is built to challenge players technically, physically, and mentally, while fostering a strong work ethic, discipline, and a genuine love for football. This program serves as a preparation pathway toward Sydney Premier League (SPL) participation, elite tournaments, and future football networking opportunities.

HPU is not a casual program. It is for players who are motivated to train with purpose, commit to consistency, and embrace higher standards.

Program Philosophy

The HPU environment is centred around long-term development rather than short-term outcomes. Players train within a focused, professional setting that emphasises:

  • Technical refinement under fatigue

  • Speed, agility, and movement efficiency

  • Game understanding and decision-making

  • Mental resilience, accountability, and confidence

  • Preparation for SPL expectations and tournament football

We strongly encourage players to commit to a structured program rather than ad-hoc attendance, as consistency is critical for technical retention, physical adaptation, tactical understanding, and meaningful progression.

Longevity within the program allows coaches to:

  • Track development accurately

  • Build individualised progressions

  • Establish accountability and standards

  • Prepare players realistically for higher levels

HPU Program Structure

U12 HPU Program (Ages 9–12)

This program is designed for players aged 9–12 years, with groups formed based on age and ability to ensure an appropriate training stimulus for each player.

Training Schedule

Ad-hoc attendance is available at $50 per session GST eXCLUSIVE, however players are strongly encouraged to commit to a weekly structure to maximise development.

Coaching
Sessions are delivered by Coach Mickey Neill and Coach Fabio, with players distributed by age and ability to ensure optimal learning outcomes.

Important Program Note

The Prodigy FC HPU Program is completely separate from the Prodigy FC Membership Program.

➡️ Standard Prodigy FC memberships do not grant access to HPU sessions.
➡️ HPU operates as a standalone high-performance subscription.

Prodigy FC – HPU Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 31 December 2025

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Prodigy FC HPU subscriptions. By registering, players and parents/guardians agree to the following:

1. Membership Duration

The minimum HPU membership duration is ten (10) weeks, commencing from the date of registration.

2. Membership Lock-In

All HPU participants must commit to a minimum 10-week lock-in period.

Members who join part-way through a school term may request a pause during official school holidays, subject to notice requirements outlined below.

3. School Holidays

Members must formally notify Prodigy FC in writing (email or message) if they wish to pause or cancel during school holidays.

Failure to provide written notice will result in the membership continuing as normal, including all associated charges.

4. Rollover Policy

  • Prodigy FC does not provide credit sessions.

  • Failure to complete the initial lock-in period will result in the membership rolling over into a new minimum 10-week commitment, unless otherwise approved in writing by Prodigy FC.

5. Early Cancellation & Payout Clause

If a member elects to cancel their HPU membership within the initial 10-week lock-in period, the remaining balance of the 10-week commitment becomes immediately payable.

This payout reflects reserved coaching capacity, scheduling commitments, and operational costs already allocated to the player.

6. Serious Illness or Injury

In the event of serious illness or injury, Prodigy FC requires written confirmation or a valid medical certificate from a qualified medical professional.

Upon review, Prodigy FC may approve a pause or alternative arrangement at its discretion.

7. Severe Weather Policy

Prodigy FC reserves the right to cancel sessions due to unsafe weather conditions including hail, thunder, or lightning.

Where possible, a make-up session may be offered. If not feasible, the session will be deemed completed.

Sessions will proceed in wet conditions unless official cancellation notice is issued. No credits will be issued for non-attendance due to rain unless cancellation is confirmed.

8. Notification of Cancellations

All HPU sessions will proceed as scheduled unless members receive direct notification from Prodigy FC.

9. Membership Pause or Cancellation

Membership pauses or cancellations are only permitted during school holiday periods and must be submitted in writing for approval.

10. Commitment to Development

HPU is a performance-based environment. Players are strongly encouraged to commit to the full membership period to maximise progression and training outcomes.

11. Communication

All program updates, changes, or cancellations will be communicated via the contact details provided at registration. It is the member’s responsibility to remain informed.

12. Amendments
