Prodigy FC Private 1:1 Sessions are designed to provide players with personalised, high-quality football development tailored to their age, ability, mindset, and long-term goals.

Sessions run daily between 6:00–9:00am and 3:00–7:00pm, with weekend times varying depending on coach availability. Due to consistent demand and regular ongoing bookings, enquiries are required prior to booking.

To ensure the right developmental fit, Prodigy FC offers multiple coaching tiers. Each level has been carefully structured to match players with the coach best suited to their stage of development.

Junior Coach

Junior Coaches are young, ambitious players who are early in their private coaching journey. They bring high energy, enthusiasm, and a fun learning environment.

These coaches are ideally suited for:

Entry-level and beginner players

Junior Coaches are excellent at creating a positive first experience in private training while helping players develop a love for improvement and the basics of football.

Senior Coach

Senior Coaches are ambitious players who have several years of experience in private coaching environments. They possess a strong understanding of what it takes to progress to the next level.

These coaches are ideal for:

Grassroots and community football players

Players aiming to improve consistency and confidence

Those seeking structured technical development

Senior Coaches help bridge the gap between basic fundamentals and performance-based training, guiding players towards higher standards in both training habits and match execution.

Head Coach

Head Coaches are highly driven players who have competed at a semi-professional level or within high-level representative structures.

This level of coaching includes:

Prodigy FC – Private Lesson Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 1 January 2025

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Prodigy FC private 1:1 coaching sessions. By booking or participating in private lessons, players and parents/guardians agree to the following:

1. Bookings & Enquiries

  • All private lessons are subject to enquiry and approval prior to booking due to high demand and ongoing regular commitments.

  • Session times are allocated based on coach availability.

2. Session Duration & Locations

  • All private lessons are 60 minutes in duration unless otherwise agreed.

  • Locations:

    • AM Sessions: Kareela Synthetic Fields, Kareela

    • PM Sessions: 5Sports, Caringbah

3. Session Packages & Lock-In

Players must commit to the number of sessions purchased at the time of booking, which may include:

  • Single Session

  • 5-Session Package

  • 10-Session Package

  • Custom / Designed Package

Package Conditions:

  • Sessions are classified as credits and must be used within the specified timeframe.

  • A maximum of one (1) reschedule per package is permitted.

  • Timeframes:

    • 5-session packages: must be completed within 6 weeks

    • 10-session packages: must be completed within 12 weeks

  • Unused session credits that exceed the designated timeframe will not be carried forward and will be forfeited to ensure fair access and scheduling for all clients.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Prodigy FC requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedule requests.

  • All cancellations must be communicated directly to the assigned coach.

  • Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be classified as a completed session.

5. Non-Attendance & Alternative Use of Time

If a player is unable to attend a scheduled session, Prodigy FC strongly encourages utilising the allocated time with the coach for alternative development purposes, including:

  • Match or game analysis

  • Individual development planning

  • Weekly training programming and scheduling

  • Phone or online consultation

This ensures continued value and progression even when on-field training is not possible.

6. Illness & Injury Policy

  • In cases of serious illness or injury, written confirmation or a valid medical certificate from a qualified health professional (e.g. doctor or physiotherapist) is required.

  • Upon approval, Prodigy FC may allow session credit, adjusted scheduling, or alternative development sessions.

  • Injured players may be offered modified sessions, including mobility work, recovery-based training, stretching, or goal-setting consultations.

7. Severe Weather Policy

  • Prodigy FC reserves the right to cancel sessions due to unsafe weather conditions, including thunder, lightning, hail, or other extreme conditions.

  • Where a session is cancelled by Prodigy FC:

    • A make-up session may be offered subject to availability, or

    • If a make-up session cannot be accommodated, the session may be deemed completed.

  • Sessions will proceed in wet or rainy conditions unless Prodigy FC officially notifies players of cancellation.

  • No credits will be issued for non-attendance in rain unless cancellation is confirmed by Prodigy FC.

8. Session Proceeding & Notifications

  • All sessions will proceed as scheduled unless directly cancelled by Prodigy FC.

  • Communication regarding scheduling, cancellations, or changes will be sent via the contact details provided at registration.

  • It is the responsibility of players and parents/guardians to remain up to date with all communications.

9. Commitment to Development

  • Players are encouraged to fully commit to their purchased sessions to maximise development outcomes and long-term progression.

  • Consistency is a key component of Prodigy FC’s performance-based training model.

10. Amendments to Terms

  • Prodigy FC reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Any material changes will be communicated in advance where practical.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising in relation to private lessons or these Terms & Conditions will be addressed through good-faith discussion, mediation, or arbitration where required.

By booking or participating in Prodigy FC private lessons, players and parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to adhere to Prodigy FC’s structured development standards.
