Our Private one to one sessions are a the best way fast track your individual development. In contrast to regular team training, these sessions allow our coaches assess the strengths and weaknesses of each footballer and personalise each session to suit the needs of the individual.
During these sessions we will fine tune all technical skills and enhance fitness, speed and explosiveness. We will also implement football fundamentals including positioning, structure, technique & game plan

4 - 8 players | 60 minutes | All Ages & Abilities
Our private small Group Training sessions are designed to create a competitive setting with select players of your choice. each session will be tailored to the needs of the individuals of the group. we provide drills which are more realistic, providing game like scenario’s to sessions and to build an environment for players who are of similar ability and push them out of their comfort zone

These sessions are suitable for players willing to develop technical, tactical and physical skills within a high pressure setting and the aspiration to take their football to the next level

Players will develop a greater understanding of team positions, technique, structure and game plan strategies. These sessions are primarily aimed at improving the confidence of a team within a structured group dynamic with less focus on individual performance.
Prodigy FC caters for community based football teams. All sessions are delivered by skilled and qualified coaches. The aim of each sessions is to work on specifically what the team needs. sessions will take place at your home field. wet weather options can be provided with additional court hire fee

Our speed and agility training programs are essential for athletes of any age and sport. This training style helps athletes increase their overall athletic performance by focusing on improving speed, acceleration, flexibility, balance and agility. Athletes are able to carry all of these attributes over to the field or court
